Grace Kasango started as an amateur golfer in Jinja before transitioning to the professional ranks in 2022 through the Uganda Professional Golfers Association (UPGA).
Before turning professional, he had already built a strong reputation in amateur golf by winning events such as the Castle Lite Onito Memorial Tournament and multiple Kakira Open titles.
